As aspiring bomb disposal professionals, players in Bomb Busters must work together as a team to prevent the bomb from exploding! In order to successfully carry out their mission, they have to cut identical cables – they have some of them right in front of them, but they have to find out who has a cable of identical value one by one. The information that each number from 1 to 12 is exactly four times in the game helps with this, as does the sorting of the cables of each team member in numerical order. Two severed cables with identical numbers bring them one step closer to bomb defusal. However, if they cut cables with different values, the explosion of the bomb comes closer. When a red cable is cut, there is an immediate crash and the game ends. Yellow cables with decimal numbers add extra challenge to the game and equipment cards help with particularly tricky missions.

Codenames Duet keeps the basic elements of Codenames — give one-word clues to try to get someone to identify your agents among those on the table — but now you're working together as a team to find all of your agents. (Why you don't already know who your agents are is a question that Congressional investigators will get on your back about later!) To set up play, lay out 25 word cards in a 5×5 grid. Place a key card in the holder so that each player sees one side of the card. Each player sees a 5×5 grid on the card, with nine of the squares colored green (representing your agents) and three squares colored black (representing assassins). Three of the nine squares on each side are also green on the other side, one assassin is black on both sides, one is green on the other side and the other is an innocent bystander on the other side. Collectively, you need to reveal all fifteen agents — without revealing an assassin — before time runs out in order to win the game. Either player can decide to give the first one-word clue to the other player, along with a number. Whoever receives the clue places a finger on a card to identify that agent. If correct, they can attempt to identify another one. If they identify a bystander, then their guessing time ends. If they identify an assassin, you both lose! Unlike regular Codenames, they can keep guessing as long as they keep identifying an agent each time; this is useful for going back to previous clues and finding ones they missed earlier. After the first clue is given, players alternate giving clues. In Ultimate Werewolf, players are given secret roles and asked to find whom among them are werewolves. Meanwhile the players who are werewolves are trying to get rid of everyone else in the village before they are discovered. With a variety of special-powered roles thrown in, games require players to be alert and to deduce the actions of all of the other players in order to survive and win. Ultimate Werewolf Legacy raises the tension and increases the impact of decisions made by the players, as everything that happens will impact future games. 8-16 players are each given a public Family Card in addition to their secret role card, and will team up with the other members of their family to work together?unless one or more of their family members is secretly working against them. Players can earn special abilities that carry over between games as well. The Legacy aspect of the game isn?t limited to player evolution, however, as the village itself will change over time base on both the decisions of the players and the outcomes of each game session.
